About CraftyJi

A Legacy of Care, Resilience & Craft

My roots run deep in food. I come from a Vietnamese family where love was never spoken, so it was served. My grandfather cooked for the French military. My mom made pho and beef jerky by hand to support us. That legacy shows up in every setup I build, from the granola bars I bake to the sliders I griddle, all meant to lift spirits with playful honesty.

I came up in the trenches of production and trained in the culinary arts, rather than the world of food service. I know what it feels like to be running on fumes, stuck in reset purgatory, or just plain forgotten in the chaos of a long day.

CraftyJi is about more than making snacks look "fancy". It’s about restoring what production often forgets: a place to reset, recharge, and recalibrate. Morale is production’s most underrated tool, and even seasoned producers can overlook the cost of crafty—not the line item, but the toll when nourishment and care go missing.

That’s why I built CraftyJi: a curated, set-savvy service tuned to fast-moving productions. It scales to your needs, adapts to the pace of the day, and turns the crafty corner into the crew charging dock, the snack altar, and the cookie confessional.

The table isn’t just stocked. It’s staged for rhythm, care, and connection, where people catch their breath, find their footing, and keep rolling.

Anyone can order from Costco or ask a PA to set up snacks. Not everyone turns snacks into strategy where client care feels intentional, crews run smoother, agencies feel seen, talent feels A-list, and every shoot becomes a repeat booking.

Not everyone is CraftyJi.

I’m a one-woman morale department. Caterers know food. Film crew know pace. I bring both, and I keep the crew rolling.

You’ll find power foods and thoughtful treats, and yes, cookies—my spirit snack, a simple symbol of the comfort and care I bring to every set.

Even skeptics who don’t believe in spirits eventually feel an unexplained force guiding their hand to the snack table. Could it be fate, hunger, or the ghost of a cookie past whispering sweet, buttery truths?

Coincidence? Maybe. But a well-placed stash of Oreos never hurt.

Reach out to explore options or request a rate sheet that fits your production, and let’s create some on-set greatness, CraftyJi style.
